专利摘要:
A dosing device 1 has two funnel-shaped chambers located underneath each other and each having an inlet opening and an outlet opening, the outlet opening of the upper chamber 3 being connected via a first valve 13 to the inlet opening 25 of the lower chamber 23 and the outlet opening 27 of the lower chamber is closed by a second valve 29. A flexible supply hose 21 is connected to the first inlet opening 5 and a vacuum pump 11 is connected to the suction opening 9 for sucking in greasy particles. There are pockets 15 and 31 in the chambers which are connected to the outlet openings, the inlet openings and the suction opening. An air blower 17 is connected to holes present in the walls of the chambers to keep the bags moving continuously so that the greasy particles cannot adhere to each other and to the bag. 专利说明:
Dosing device for metered transmission of fatty particles DESCRIPTION: FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a dosing device for metered transmission of fatty particles, in particular chocolate chips. Fatty particles, such as chocolate chips, are used, for example, in the preparation of batter for baking cookies. State of the art To bake cookies in a mechanized and automated process, the chocolate chips must be added to the batter in a dosed manner. For this, chocolate must be shredded and transported to a dosing device where measured quantities are put in a bag or container for further processing. Summary of the invention It is an object of the invention to provide a dosing device in which fatty particles can be transported and dosed without them sticking to each other. To this end, the dosing device according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises: a chamber provided with an inlet for the particles, an outlet for the particles and a suction opening, as well as a vacuum pump connected to the suction opening, a valve connected to the outlet opening, a funnel-shaped bag present in the chamber and connected with a narrowed open bottom to the outlet opening and connected at the top to the inlet opening and the suction opening, and an air blower connected to at least one present in the wall of the chamber hole for blowing air between the wall of the room and the bag inside it. By blowing air into the space between the inner walls of the chamber and the bag, the bag keeps moving, so that fatty particles in the bag are kept moving and do not stick to each other. The greasy particles are sucked into the bag by creating vacuum in the bag through the vacuum pump. As soon as the desired amount of fatty particles has been put into the bag via the inlet opening, the valve is opened and the measured amount can be put in a container or bag and then added to batter. An embodiment of the dosing device according to the invention is characterized in that it furthermore comprises a flexible supply hose which is connected to the inlet opening. By applying a flexible supply hose, it will be continuous movement / vibration during the suction of the greasy particles, as a result of which the greasy particles cannot stick to the wall of the hose. A further embodiment of the dosing device according to the invention is characterized in that it further comprises: a further chamber provided with a further inlet opening for the particles, which is in communication with the outlet opening of the chamber, and a further outlet opening for the particles, as well as a second valve connected to the further outlet opening, and a further funnel-shaped bag present in the further chamber and with a narrowed open bottom side connected to the further outlet opening and connected at the top to the further inlet opening, the air blower also being connected to at least one further hole present in the wall of the further chamber for blowing air between the wall of the further chamber and the further bag present therein. This further chamber can prevent the underpressure in the chamber in which the fatty particles are sucked from falling away during the opening of the valve. Upon opening the valve, with the further valve closed, only a small amount of air will flow from the further bag into the chamber and not the air from the environment. Brief description of the drawings The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment of the dosing device according to the invention shown in the drawing. Detailed description of the drawings Figure 1 shows a cross-section of an embodiment of the dosing device according to the invention. The dosing device 1 has two funnel-shaped chambers located below each other. The upper chamber 3 is provided with a first inlet opening 5 for greasy particles, a first outlet opening 7 for the particles and a suction opening 9. The lower chamber 23 is provided with a second inlet opening 25, which is connected to the first outlet opening 7, and a second outlet opening 27. A first valve 13 is present between the first outlet opening 7 and the second inlet opening 25 and a second valve 29 is connected to the second outlet opening 27. A vacuum pump 11 is connected to the suction opening 9 and a flexible supply hose 21 is connected to the first inlet opening 5. There are funnel-shaped bags in the rooms. The bag 15 present in the upper chamber 3 is connected with a narrowed open bottom 15a to the first outlet opening 7 and is connected at the top 15b to the first inlet opening 5 and the suction opening 9. The bag 31 present in the lower chamber 23 is a narrowed open underside 31a connected to the second outlet opening 27 and is connected at the top 31b to the second inlet opening 25. An air blower 17 is connected to holes 19 and 33 present in the walls of the first and second chamber for blowing air between the walls of the chambers and the pockets present therein to keep the latter constantly in motion. Although in the foregoing the invention has been elucidated with reference to the drawings, it should be noted that the invention is by no means limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings. The invention also extends to all embodiments deviating from the embodiment shown in the drawings within the scope defined by the claims.
